Worldwise Education, Inc. (WE) is a privately-held, for-profit business that seeks to provide school children everywhere with equal access to learning opportunities. Our diverse customer base consists of non-profit organizations, school fundraising organizations, businesses and individuals that are helping us implement our educational initiatives.

The foundation of the WE brand is market-based support for students and teachers. By purchasing WE products, non-profit organizations, businesses, and individuals demonstrate this support.

Our Artwork for Education™ school fundraising program is WE’s core business, where non-profit parent-teacher organizations work within their school system to sell these products and fund school programs. Product packaging, point-of-sale, licensing and promotional items comprise the company’s business sets.

WE’s business model for the sale of children’s art and other handcrafts will underwrite the company’s future educational initiatives, which include developing WExchange™—an internet portal that will give teachers access to donated school supplies, instructional web casts and interactive learning modules. The WExchange site is scheduled to launch in 2008.
