It's a place where retailers and manufacturers can donate excess inventory, overstocked goods and clearance items directly to teachers who need them. It is also a place where teachers can connect their students to innovative activities around the world and find resources that help kids learn.

The WE Website and WExchange will serve several important functions:

In the spirit of working together, WE is a community of teachers, businesses, organizations and individuals who want to help. It is:

1. A resource site devoted to education, information, research, reports, and brochures, many in downloadable PDF formats, where customers can gather information and visualize what Corporate America can do to benefit a social cause.

2. A site where WorldWise Education can take customers on a virtual walk through schools to see the impact of their purchases on benefiting education.

3. A portal with links to noteworthy projects, organizations, and efforts devoted to improving education worldwide.

4. The WExchange will enable users to donate excess books and other supplies to several channels for distribution a central WE warehouse; in some cases, directly to locations where the supplies are needed; and directly to WE's non-profit partner, WorldWise, Inc.
